port measurements help!

I am looking to build a massive sub box the size of my boot but need to no this web site that tells you how to tune the port for differnt hertz and styles of music?
does anybody no of it or any?

well it depends on the subs u intend on using really cos of the size of the magnets, cone and wattage i guess. maybe u wanna decide on sum sub first then check their specs for enclosed and ported/vented enclosure space requirements. normally around 3 cubic feet enclosure for 12" subs...but can vary. maybe u should just look at free mounted subs cos then the whole boot space under parcel shelf will be used as the enclosure!
