air mass meter and Hello!

First post here so big hello to all on the forum.
Had a diagnostic test on the corsa today and they said that the air mass meter needed replacing.
Don't want to pay the £80 they are asking for so had a check on ebay and saw one for £29 here - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-VAUXHALL-AIR- ... 240%3A1308
Firstly, for this part, is it ok to buy cheap replacements like the above off ebay? There were a few for £40-50, would their be any real difference?
And secondly, is the fitting simple enough? As far as i've read, its a simple matter of removing two screws, unplugging, and dropping the new one in. That in its self is easy enough, but i was wondering if the meter is accessible or would i need to be removing other parts to gain access?
Hope you guys can help?
Cheers,
Chris.
