idle speed revving up an down on its own

what would b the reason for the car revving up an down on its own
recently replaced the spark plugs , crank sensor , and coil pack

could be your throttle postion sensor it happen to my 1.4 sri when u rev to say 3000rpm it would stay there i unplugged the throttle postion sensor plug and re connected it runs ok again now

the idle control motor, take it out and give a clean with carb cleaner.
could be throttle position sensor but they almost never go wrong.
