right..basically whenever i go round a roundabout or a sharp corner..my handbrake warnin light comes on..so im guessin its either something to do with the sensor for the hand brake...or the only other sensor it could be is the one in the brake fluid resivoir...anyone got any way of checking it? or know how to adjust the handbrake so its not so sensitive.

cheers.

Happend to mine last year brake fluid level had dropped I couldn't find a leek so I dicided to top it up and if it drops again I would have a proper look. It didn't drop again so I put it down to a bubble finding its way out, six months later MOT failure due to uneven braking one of my brake cylinders had cracked and was seeping fluid.

I found it difficult to check the brake fluid level as there is black plastic covering the resevior you have to look at it from the side and find a slot in the black plastic to find the mark.

Check your fluid level if its gone down get your brakes looked as the fluid has got to go somewhere, if the level is fine then check your sensors.

I would also say brake fluid level is prolly low. Try just putting a bit more break fluid in and see if it sorts it.

This has been covered previously tho I can't find the thread. Check the earth on the handbrake lever. Sorted.
