I have a fault with my Corsa b 1.0 breeze. If I accelerate slowly the car runs ok but wont rev very well.. after a few miles the engine wont rev at all and
if I come to a hill it just doesnt want to know. I ask a Vauxhall Mechanic I know and he said it was definately the Air Flow Meter. I replaced it and it is exactly
the same. It may have something to do with the temperature sensor so in desperation i disconnected it (the sensor near the cam belt) and it runs great!.
Could a replacement sensor be the cure and does any one know its correct title or part number?
Hope you can help
Regards
Dave

Re: corsa B poor acceleration
thanks Kie
I Ihad a diagnostics check done which pointed the finger at the air flow meter which we changed but the problem was still there.
The only improvement with performance is to unplug the temp sensor and it runs ok. Very confusing. Nothing ever seems straight forward with my problems and cars.
