How low can i go?
Thinking about buying a suspension kit which lowers 40mm, will this require any work to the arches or will it fit straight on without rubbing?

Should go on without rubbing, any more than that it still wudnt need much arch work, just choppin of the end bits of the threads dat hold ur archs in!

i have 16s on mine with a 60mm drop with no scrubbing. so you should be alright to go lower. like sach says, it depends on the offset.

with that offset and just a 40mm drop, you shouldnt have to do any arch mods.
