cooling fan problems
hi i was wondering if anyone can help me car runs fine but as u drive it and get it to about 90 degrees driving through town it just keeps heating up and never cools down (if ure stuck at traffic lights or queues etc). but when u get on a long straight road going 60 it cools down. so i pooped the bonnet and fired up the car to find me colling fans dont come on at all ???? so i checked to see if the fan was broke by gettin a wire and going from the battery terminals straight to the coolong fan between the engine and radiator and it worked ??? any ideas ??? any help i would be grateful ??

Re: cooling fan problems
You can get cool running stats if you so desire which Kicks the fan in earlier eg mine kicks in at 92 rather than the usual 97. If your running standard there are no major benefits really though.
