Help needed - newcastle area

Hello, anyone in the Toon area have a steering wheel puller? I wanna change my steering wheel but the puller I bought doesn't work with GM wheels!

when i changed mine i just pulled it and my mate used a wooden mallet just to loosten it off seemed to work alrite for me.

I've tried doing the incredible hulk and hitting it till my arms get sore but it hasn't moved a bit.
