Recently my 1.4 16v sport has blown its headgasket ( i think)

I want to change it myself but am a total noob when it comes to cars, if anyone could give me some info on what i need too doo, things i need or advice id appreciate it.

grab your self a haynes manual bud, you will find every thing you need inc. pictures and tightening torques etc and you can go back and recheck anything your not sure of.
