Corsa-B.uk - Vauxhall, Opel and Holden Corsa B Owners Club

If i wanted to fit bigger brakes to my corsa ....could i just get the set up off of any larger vauxhall ...with a 4 stud pattern...such as astra ,cavalier or calibra 2.0 ltr ... ie would i just get the brake calipers and the discs ....ie slightly larger discs and calipers that would just fit str8 on ???? is it really this simple?????
