trying to undo one of the bolts on the track rod end...but its uber tight and doesnt wanna come off no matter what i try-anyone had this before? and have any solutions??
and its the one that attaches to the track rod-not the nylock one that joins the balljoint side.

keep sprayin it with w-d40 and then try and scrapy the poo of it with a wire brush or a screwdriver then keep soaking it and tryin to undo it and it shld eventualy come undo

yeh i tried that,gonna see if i can get a blowtorch or sumit coz heat normally works..keep the ideas coming tho plz lol

Had the same problem, had to resort to heat.

did it come off easy with the heat? did u just heat up the nut then use plenty of force with the 19mm spanner?

Heat and persistanceis about all you can do, if you cant get in undone you might be better off changing the whole trackrod from the rack end.

iv done it now...i found some big ass plumbin wrench which got it off no probz lol
