Corsa-B.uk - Vauxhall, Opel and Holden Corsa B Owners Club

Hi would appreciate a little advice. Daughters corsa keeps stalling approaching junctions whilst changing down gears. Restarts with a bit of a chew as if flooded. when restarted no rev counter and (spanner) engine management light on.I Know i,ll probably have to get diagnostic done, would,nt mind having some idea before i take it to dealer.Thanks

Could be
EGR valve staying open
dodgy idle control motor
dodgy MAF sensor
