fuel filter??

got a 1.2 merit corsa B think its 96 model. car seems to have a loss of power all of a sudden. like at lights i pull away and its like it drags me back before i go. googled abit and sounds like the fuel filter so can any one confirm and tell me a price and were to get from please. thank you
