Suspension Problem

Okay I have this problem with my rear (standard) suspension. I put alloys on about a year ago and since then every time I go on hilly roads, the rear tyres scrape the wheel arches. Does anyone get this when putting slightly bigger wheels on? They are about 2" away from the arch. My alloys are only 15" but have fat/wide tyres.

I was thinking about lowering but won't this just make it worse? I'm not sure if my suspension is just old/knackered and lowering it with harder suspension would solve it, and getting wider wheel arches either way :?

You obviously bought alloys with the wrong offset. If the offset is incorrect it could push the outside edge (the edge away from the car) out which would bring it in contact with the arch when under load.

You could either pull the arches, or buy other alloys with the correct offset.

I'm sure I checked the wheels before I boughtfitted them - 15" Inch Wolfrace Pro Sprint alloy wheels with 195/50/15 tyres

These not suited for a Corsa??? :o
