Okay lol my air flow meter has broke, but i need my car very much over hte next week!
The earliest appointment that i can get it booked in for is a week tuesday... but thats too late

Does anyone know of a tempory sort of " fix " for this or anything that can help?

go to a scrap yard and get one and save yourself alot of money garages charge loads for an airflow meter
