Hi everybody!! like I said in other post, I'm from Colombia and I want to share my corsa's project with all yours
I have a 2006 chevrolet corsa, here are some specifications:
engine: 1.4 8v
turbocharger: Garret gt2554r


pipe: 2.5" and ,magnaflow muffler



gauges: autometer pro comp

I forgot the wheels, there are a 16" oz ultraleggera with 205/40/16 Nexen tires

i like it . what front bumper is that cuz at a glance it kinda makes corsa look like subaru lol , and what colour is your car looks really nice goood job

im pretty sure its the standard front bumper for the chevvy corsa lol.

thank you for your comment, this version is called chevrolet corsa @ctive here in Colombia, and the colour is dark gray, in spanish "gris nobre"

That's right here in Colombia is called chevrolet Corsa, but i think two years ago, there was another version called chevy corsa which had automatic transmision and was coupe

yea the rear bumper from the chev corsa is the one im after...is a nice piece of kit. this is certainly an impressive project. what's reliability like from it? and where did you get the exhaust manifold fabricated for the engine?

thank you Chrex, the car is very reliable, I use it in the street at 11 psi and is impressive and I had no problems with the engine. The exhaust manifold was in a nexia turbo, and the owner sold me the piece, the nexia and the chevrolet corsa practically share the same engine, so i had no problems with that. here is the photo of the manifold. ah right fair dos. does help if there is a car with the same engine in another form. The joy of GM hey...everything just fits on everything!

So the nexia had a 1400 turbo out the box? thats pretty cool...makes things easy for you. Good car though! Nice one!
