right then mate what i think u need to do is connect it to the red annode on your side lights meaning the red wire or connector on the back of ur side lights

Ahhh okie dokie then. Thanks. Seems easy now lol. The side lights stay on when the main lights on then i presume?

Ive got another problem tho... ive just taken a look under my hood and there appears to be this weird secondary bonnet thing in the inside of the bonnet. Basically like a bit sheet of metal lining. There are 2 small holes (like finger sized holes) for the washers but they aint big enough 2 be able to get in and remove them so how do i get the standard ones off? Should i just hacksaw a bit of this metal lining off or is it quite important that its left on?

Brute force and ignorance?

I know some just screw in, some have clips, not really sure to be honest.
I'll have a look at mine when i get back

right then mate just had a look at my car and if you mean these holes

then it looks like u've got to disconnect the pipes and use some screw drivers or sumit to squeeze each end togeather and they should hopefully pop out....HOPEFULLY

and i think ur sidelights stay on with ur mainbeam
hope this helps

Nice thanks for the advice and the pics. Its a big help atm - i probz wudnt have realised that on my own lol. The problem is the pipe seems very stuff to get off and its also at the side of the whole so there aint much room to play with especially when connecting it to the downwards facing whole on the led washers. Is there an easy way to get the pip down or is it just a case of like u sed brute force and ignorance? And does than inner cover serve any purpose or cud it just be scrapped?

right then brute force could be the answer but if there was enough pipe spare you could cut it just after the washer jet, but make sure there is enough pipe to reconect it.

and yes u need the inner cover its the strenght of the bonnet wit out it u'd just have a piece of sheet metal.
