x14sz...c14se?????

Hi all ,i have a 1.4 8 valve corsa SPI(x14sz) ...could i get the c14se inlet manifold ...and run it on mine ....as the block is the same just MPI.....i could get the injectors etc..........Would i have to get the SRI ecu and loom though????....I f not..is the x16xe a str8 swap apart from getting an mpi fuel pump ??
