had fun drivin my mates 1.4..

drove my mates1.4 8v tonight,had some stuff done to engine but not sure what,lowered 60mm all round...pretty quik really...deffo a big improvement from my 1.2 lol..i really cant wait to get mine next month..and i recomend anyone that can afford it to go to a 1.4 if they still got 1.0 or 1.2 lol

Yeah but if the 1.4 is a bag of poo then my 1.2 would piss all over it. Depends on the state of the car in'it.
Don't think I'd bother with a 1.4 just go straight to a 1.6 imo

yeh im planning on getting a decent 1.4 16v,and gonna do work on it to make it quiker.

You might aswell just get a 1.6 GSi or something .. Might aswell really
