Hi Guys my names 0llie im new to this forum and i just fort i'd add a project log of my Corsa 1.2...
I recently swapped this corsa with my mate for a 1.8 which i couldnt insure as im only 18,
my mate got it for £150 its taxed til end of december but the person who had it before him put it threw a MOT thinking it will pass but it failed on snapped coil spring, welding on the sill - nearside rear chassis leg/inner arch - offside rear chassis leg @ spring , headlight aim too low , Reg plate bulb not working and washer jets provide insufficient washer liquid,
so i fort i may aswel put it on the road as my 1st car even tho i had my licence a year but just could afford to insure anything straight away lool
it only needs the welding doin now for its MOT then it shall be on the Road

ill put some pics up off when i 1st got in an what ive done to it up too now lol

Any suggestions off what to do next are welcome

My neighbour then offered me some wheels for it for a price i couldnt refuse so i took his hand off


i was then thinking what could i do next so i sprayed the wheels black picture below during the spray job lol

all complete and on the car --- Riding High the jack acually was even jacked up lol i just let it down after putting the wheels on

So thats how it is atm comments welcome someone please help me decide what to do next would be really appreciated Cheers Ollie

Lowered 40mm of Jamex springs may get full suspension kit after christmas lol

looks nicer lowered could do with a spoiler

good base..just needs tidyin up really..what plans you got?

ive bin lookin around for a spoiler lol, just hard to get hold of them
next on the list i want a laguna splitter or a espace one, standard corsa spoiler, maybe a black roof, angel eyes and HID's, And what ever else i can do to it

Looks a good starting point that, if your doing the roof black i would do the bonnet as well, get it all tidy and rust free! Good start though mate look forward to seeing the progress.

it needed a bonnet anyways so i went to the scrap yard to get a headlight and a bonnet but they dint have any black bonnets in so i just got a white one for now lol, dno weather to keep lookin for a black one or just spray it black, will upload some pics later of it de-badged and de-wipered, and its new bonnet

best place to get parts is ebay mate have a look on there for spoiler theres more than a few on there theres even a imrscher front splitter on the atm

IMO i would leave the bonnet white and go all white i think a few people on here will agree that it would look well smart especially with the right coloured rims! Look forward to the pics fella

a bit insperation

that splitter looks well nice mite put a bid on that when i get some money , what colour u think i should do the rims then ?
i must admit it does look nice all white but was thinkin about the black roof coz its all rotten near the screen so was thinking of the easy way out of it by gettin black vinyl to cover the full roof bit too dark to take pics now but wil take some tomoz and get them on here
