as you know my engine is broken could a reconditioning get it bk working ... all i know is that i dnt have any compression in the engine atall . but nothink is seized. ?????

have you worked out what happened yet then? did it break the cambelt?

not sure couldnt really see engine as was dark when blew , i machanic said he thinks its the pistons as thers no compression , but cnt really get it properly checked as its all way down south ,

yh sounds like its melted a piston then, really strange

wherre u siting band on witht he trottle in same place for ages if so it couild od been PINK ing where could cause melted piston mine sum times does it at cirttin revs and throttle

tbh an engine rebuild is gna cost an excess of 500quid so i would just go down scrappy and ge either a 1.4 or another 1.2 engine

could be headgasket kie, really can't tell though without looking at it...

1.2 16v melting a Piston?? Highly unlikely tbh...
