engine transplant into corsa I bought with no engine in

Hi,
I bought a 1997 3 door corsa b, it had its cylinder head removed prior to me buying it due to the head gasket going for the third time, all the bits were in the boot when I collected it, anyway I bought a seconghand engine to put into my corsa, engine is fitted using a haynes manual to the best I could understand it. the rpoblem I have is that I have two spouts off the inlet manifild of the throttle body for small pipes to go onto but cannot find or see what they connect to, the other problem I have is the valve which is bolted to the bodywork above the expansion tank has the wiring pluged in but no pipework to connect to that either, any suggestions would be welcome. its was originally fitted with a 1.4 ecotec engine and I have replaced with the same.
