Front wheel arches??

Just romoved rear wheel arches to sand them for paintin but i cant figure out how to take the front ones off. Theres only one nut at the top of the arch which ive undone so how do i get them off?

the rest of the nuts are behind the wheel lining

Wots the best way to get out that clips that are holding the lining in cuz really you need to pinch and push them from the inside which you cant possibly do.
