Yes they are plastic thats why they are at this price.

just to help some people looking for a 1st time kit to see if they like it..

i am tempted to get the top blue kit

..

will find out prices on spray jobs in derby b4 i get 1 tho.

yeah i just wanted my black ( now grey )

bumpers spraying red, to colour code with my car..
