it was built to be a daily driver, whilst also being lightened and sparse for the track. i was moving towards putting an interior into it, but everything i'd done was based around performance, and getting rid of interior saves alot of weight, and so improves handling and overall COG.
I would love to have it as a toy...but there is nowhere to keep it and i cant afford it.
I have indeed moved onto the cav now, and although it needs some work...has alot of potential once its sorted. Plus its a car that gets a bit more attention and has alot more kudos than the corsa did...so when i have restored it and improved it to the standard i want...its gonna be spot on.
Had the underside checked today, and it is getting two new sills put on next month, plus strenthening plates in various places to give it better torsional strength and ensure its okay for years to come.
photos soon. was gonna get some today but it started throwing it down after i changed the oil, so couldnt get any.
i had a feeling he was gonna sell it on thought tbh.

i will do bud...dont worry. Am gonna get one started when i have some decent pics.
I am gonna get the chassis sorted and strenthened, and then i need to get the clutch replaced as it doesnt feel right. Then i need both wheels and suspension sorted asap. Suspension will be a bilstein kit, and wheels will be a set of Pro Race 3's in anthracite. Then eventually, a full respray is needed.

not really...only when parking.
just need to get it firmed up and raised up. New suspension kit should sort that. its a wollowy bugger on the motorway asthe dampers are hammered...
