what amp do i need to power infinity 300w 6x9s?

Try and find the model number either on them or from where u got them from (halfords wasnt it?) then google it. Try and find out the RMS power of each speaker and the resistance it is at (eg: 150 watt RMS at 4 ohms). Then look on the tech spec of any amps and try and find something as close to that as possible. For example a 2 way amp which is 100 watts RMS per channel @ 4 ohms should be okay but a 2 way amp which is 140 watts RMS per channel at 4 ohms wud be better

and have the gain just below half.

a 4x50w stereo will push them enuff on its own
