Right, got an offer for a 1.4 8v corsa B. Want to know if you can convert it to a 16v in any way? I'm useless with cars, so go easy on me please haha. One of my mates said you can just put a 16v head on it and it will make it a 16v. is this true? or would i need to buy the full engine?

no you will need to swap the engine

it is probably possible but be quicker easier and cheaper to just swap the whole engine
