Doesn't make a difference i know plenty of people thats had them! Bag of poo!!!! (makes me wonder if the french make them)
All they do is break! My mates had two blew the 1st one up...the 2nd she thought she'd just bought a crap car same happened along with loads of other things.

tbh mate i woulnt get a punto, im a mechanic and we had one in work 2 weeks ago with the gearbox gone, put a new one in it, and on monday it came back in with another gearbox gone, id say keep the corsa but its up too you

yh i agree with ollie, im a mechanic aswell and can agree that there complete poo, there just 2 cheaply made, which shows why they break so often
if i was you i would stay well clear, but its up 2 you init

My dads had a couple of newer shape puntos (54 and 05 plated) and the first one caught fire and burt to a crisp and 36k miles :O then the second ones timing chain has suddenly just slipped 17 notches for no reason which caused it to die and not start again!!! Bloody pile of crap i think lol
