Steering Wheel

Hi guys! I am new to this forum!!! i have a major problem! basically my car was broken into last night and they attempted to take my CD player out! however they failed so in pure spite (i think) they nicked my steering wheel!! so my car is obviously un driveable! i have been and got a new steering wheel but it doesnt fit! asin there are not threads to tighten the 22 mm bolt on, some of it is missing! i am confused to what part is missing! so what parts are on the steering wheel collumn?? help needed!!!!! cheers (its an R Reg Corsa B 1.2 LS)
