Adjusting rear tailgate

Anyone out there who could advise me if it is possibly to adjust the rear tailgate on a 3 door? There is a bit of play when the tailgate is closed as if it is not locked down.

Your help would be must appreciatted.

if its the same as the doors u can use a torx screwdriver to undo the thing on the boot that holds it closed and hit it with a hammer a few nudges inwards

worked for more doors wen they had alot of play in them..

Also try un-screwing the rubber stoppers a little bit. I had that when i replaced my tailgate and same thing with my boot.

i had the same with my bonnet, just loosen the rubbers
