tbh apart from the stupid front and back bumpers its not a bad car not bad condition and low milage . id probs pay around £1400 and then get new bumpers and sell them horrible ones . job dne good car for £1500

if it was a redtop in that condition id concider paying 900 for it then a further few hundred putting it back to standard or no chav kit and crud lights etc

That is most definitely utterly awful. gsi's rarely sell 4that money and that kit reduces value imo.
make an offer of £500! about the true value.
