rear speakers

can somebody give me a idea of what i need to out rear speakers in on the shelf please. do i need an amp or can i just wire them up? i want just something i can do myself and good but cheap set of rears for now.

mine arent amped and they work great. i cudnt tell you where mine are wired in to cos there was some speakers already in when i bought it and i just upgraded them. best bet for cheap and cheerfull speakers is probly halfords.

Just get some 6x9's to put in the shelf. Usually the wiring for rear speakers is already there, you may need to extend it though.

like these? what cable or connections would i need to get also? as i aint getting halfods to fit them again. they fitted my door speakers and i had to connect the speakers better as they came lose with all the beat.
