Have you tried swapping the red and yellow wires? Put red to yellow and yellow to red!
Or is it that you want the screen to show an image??

try this, instead of crossing red and yellow wires which means you still have 2 seperate wires, join both parts of the red wire to both parts of the yellow wire,so you have 4 wires connected together.
the best way to do it is to slide the plastic covers from the joining conections on each wire, and push all 4 sections of cable to each other,if it works tape all 4 parts together.
thats what i had to do with mine.
hope this helps.

yeah, unclip the red and yellow wires,so then u have 4 ''loose'' wires, and tape all 4 together,u may need to slide the plastic covers down the wires to give urself sum space.
thats what i did with mine and it works perfect.

on mine the bullet connecters were covered with see through rubber to protect the connections from shorting out,i just slide this off the bullet connecters and then unclipped the bullet connecters, taped all the 4 ''loose'' wires together, then cut of the rubber covers as they were no longer needed and were just getting in the way of fitting lol.
is this what u mean?

yeah, its the metal connecter underneath,u dont even need to unplug it,just remove the rubbers covers of the red and yellow wires, push buth the red and yellow wires together so that the metal connecters are touching and just put enough tape on it to keep them held together, then try and turn ur radio/dvd on.if it comes on make the tape more secure and safe around the wires.job done in 2 mins.
