When fitting a k&n style open filter, surely it messes up the fuel mixture and dosent produce any more power. is this correct, and if so how would you tweek the mixture to get it rite and produce more power?

Re: Air filter and fuel mixture
dont worry about it mate. theres a sensor in your air intake called a mass airflow meter this measures how much air is coming in and tells te engine how much fuel to mix with it.
but puttin a filter on has been known to brake the mass air flow meter, which aint cheap £220 from vaxhall

OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts
Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!
