These are all custom made to order, and high quality vinyl!

Your supplier either:

A. has loads cut out already
B. Uses cheap Vinyl
C. Is not making any money

lol, it must be a big company then that stock loads of vinyl.

I just do this on the side..! so everything is made to order.

You will know how good it is after a few years. The cheap stuff shrinks and becomes brittle, and wont be able to go through car washes.

What vinyl are you using to charge £10?

Your not just paying for the vinyl, anyone can buy that,

Your also paying for:

Design time
Cutt Time
Weeding Time
Font Costs
Plotter/Computer/Equipment Costs
Postage
Paypal Fee's
Application Tape
Power & Electricity Costs

Plus i have to make a profit or whats the point in doing it?

BTW, the standard vinyl i use is Oracal 651 or Aslan C118, Special vinyls are usualyl RtapeEXF

like i said before. I;m not a big company that do this full time. I just do this on the side, therefore I don't buy vinyl is large rolls.

lol, they would still be at £10, but i've all ready cut a few out...!

How much would you charge, for this then:

2 hours of design time
45 mins of plotting time
2/3 hours of weeding
approx 24" x 12" wide
Normal Gloss Vinyl
Application tape
Postage or Application

What the hell is it? A Snakes and Ladders board?
Difficult to say without seeing it, obviously you're basing the 2/3 hours on what it took you to do it, i might be slower? 2/3 hours of weeding time? I think i might have gone mad by then lol.
Seriously what is it?

Its a vinyl of a robot, similar to optimus prime..
It ahs lots of intricate parts to weed, thats why it took ages
