Problem when pulling off

Hi, recently when pulling off the car judders forward slightly. I apply gas and bring my foot up off the clutch and the car judders forward. At first i thought it was just me being lazy on the clutch but it happens even when my foot is completely off the clutch and im driving around 5-10mph. To stop it i really have to rev the accelerator and then its fine until i stop again. Its the same kind of feeling when you bring your foot up off the clutch and dip it back down and up without slowing down and the car judders to try and find the minimum speed if you get what i mean.

Its not a major problem as it only does it every now and again but any ideas what the problem could be ?

Also im after a cable for my stereo for my mp3 player. Its called a JVC ks-u57, they're like £30 new but ive seen them going for £3-4 on ebay a few weeks ago but non have been up since. Anyone recommend a place for cheap cables ?

Thanks in advance

Could be contamination on the clutch friction plate, any oil leaks or anything?
