hi i have a 1.2 8v and was wondering what peoples views are of putting a motorbike exhaust on it?

People have done it, normally the only point is because they do tend to look quite cool, so can be cool when mounting externally...if that's a look you're going for.
Practically though It's not really worth it...motorbike boxes tend to be more expensive than car ones anyway, and they are no way as heavy duty.

easy job to do i have one on mine and its been on for a couple of years now. the bonus of a bike can is you can pack the baffle to make it as noisy or as quiet as you want without taking the exhaust off

cool, does it just go straight onto the exhaust? or need metal tubin made up for it?

you just need the joining pipe from a standard rear box will give you a step by step guide
