Corsa-B.uk - Vauxhall, Opel and Holden Corsa B Owners Club

This car which I have bought appears to have had a leak in the boot for ages. Consequently in the spare wheel well the area around the plastic drain holes are badly corroded ( have put a screw driver through these areas with ease).
Will this cause a failure on the MOT?

to be honest i would think they will tbf depending if they check it there fail it on excessive corrostion.

if the corrosion is not within 30cm of a body ,suspension or seat belt mount it wont matter
