Engine conversion:1.4 hi-torq 94 to a (CODE C12NZ) 1.8 8V 95

Hi there im trying to find out how difficult it will be to replace my existing 1.4 engine with a 1.8 engine as i havnt got alot of money for the conversion my corsa needs a new engine now as my 4th piston is on its way out and the 1.8 engine seems to be around the same prise to buy as my standard 1.4ls.
So if anyone has any information on this swap it would be much appreciated thanks for reading
