my 1.4 corsa is lacking so much power its unbelievable some one has suggested to me that they think i have fried my 4th piston as my spark plug has clogged up has any one got any advise on replacing pistons or is it easier to just get a new engine

the first thing to do would be a compression test to determine if the problem really is piston related as for repairs its going to be easier to change the engine as they are cheap enough i have just sold one complete with gearbox and starter alternator etc for £70 and it had only done 35000
