got some help of ''danicoll'' today asking me did i transfer the origional ECU from the broken engine onto the new,so went outside and found that i didnt !!!
changed them over and guess what!! SHE STARTED FIRST TIME bit of smoke and was bit shakey at start ( was expected as it bin stood for months ) so the SHED is staying, may even make PVS . proppa chuffed.

lol ive had an earache just puttin a x12xe engine in ! but for next car gunna get a 1.4-1.6 bin looking at a few gsi;s tbh

told Paul i wanted to step back. I havent got the time to be involved in the site, and so i didnt think it was right that i maintain my status.

Plus, no corsa anymore and so i've fallen away and into the Honda forums now too...

aye...spent a grand on it to get it bang on up front. tho i didnt want to spend the £350 on getting the main oil seal and clutch replaced!

Work since getting it:
Timing Gear inc. Water Pump
Valve Clearances
Gearbox & LSD oil changed
Main Oil Seal
Clutch (Exedy Replacement)
Sump Re-sealed
2 Oil and Filter Changes (in 1500 miles)

Upgrades:
Ferodo DS2500 Pads (Front)
Bremtec Competition Grooved Discs

And yesterday i bought and fitted a set of OMP 4point harnesses with the areocatch buckle. The car handles like a dream. Top mounts are past it and rear wheel is buckled, but it handles better than the corsa ever did atm (even on standard suspension). I'm currently saving to get it some XYZ Racing coilovers for it...hoping i can sell some bits too to help along the way. Will be an amazing machine through bends then. Very happy.
