alloy wheel help size

my car is lowered by 40mm and im after a set of alloys to fit, what size alloys will i be best with 14" or 15" and also what is the offset?

15'' are best and the wheels off-sets should be between et45-49

bassically once your cars lowered your choice is restricted mainly to vauxhall wheels e.g cav slabs,fans,sxi,sri etc but there are some aftermarket that do wheels with a et45. however you can fit any wheels if your willing to roll your arches etc
