Management light on at idle

Hi
I have a 1994 1.4 8 valve corsa, I have had the head gasket changed, the idle control valve changed, the lambda sensor changed, the map sensor changed and finally a new distributor fitted.
When driving the car is fine, though a little ritch, but, when the car is at idle for over two minutes the management warning light comes on. If I turn off the ignition and restart it the light stays off for two minutes again then comes back on.
I have left the light stay on for 5 minutes in the hope it will log it as a fault but the paper clip test flashes up (12) all ok.
I am at a loss here, can anyone help please?
