Ok, i have thought about this for a while now but still havent made up my mind. The full conversion kit is around 600. Thats engine, loom, gearbox etc...everything you need. A mate to fit it that costs 300 i think he said. The type r is 5 grand with some mods like exhaust, tinted windows. Any thoughts?

if u love corsa then keeep it and drop a redtop lump in.. but then if u want more comfort then type r lool.. ur choice at the end of the day.. but the type R is pricey.. why not have both and be greedy

Depends really, the Type R you'll have comfort and great handling, but you need to work it hard because the VTEC is all the way up at 5800RPM, but apart from that they are a very good drive, but if you like the corsa the conversion, and you can easily tune, the horsepower with out needing a turbo because its there already, also its lighter and will be cheaper and most likely faster if its tuned right so... your choice
