£1000 loan?

Ive been thinkin im 18 in 3months got a 1l 12valve corsa, i want to red top it or just basically make it quicker. what do people think on gettin a £1000 loan from RBS pay it back over 3 years at £36.95 costing a total of £1330.20 so yes its gna cost me 330quid more but over 3 years not alot tbh an extra an extra £2.25 a week.

anybody done this or have any ideas on wether this is a stupid idea?

I think you should leave the fecker alone and just learn to drive it properly and safely until you have a number of years of claim free motoring experience under your belt and can afford a proper car with proper insurance cover - or does that sound like yer dad? Yes? Well, in that case I say go on, chav it up, put yer baseball cap on back to front, drive like a boyracing menace to society and attract the attentions of the plod. Enjoy. :lol:

u have the rest of your lie to buy and drive fast cars and tbh u'd need alot more than a grand.

it gets u rom a to b and is alot better than walking.

i would make your £1000 loan £2000 and thats just to get somewhere near your insurance IFand its a big IFyou find someone to insure it for you that is :lol:

personaly id wait a few years get some no claims under your belt
your insurance will stab you in the heart for the first year or so on a 1.0i so imagen what the premium would be on a 2.0!
