tbh it wont cost as much as you think 2moz but it is still expensive to do, bike you could pick up from a scrappy, the main things you will have to look into is gear linkage and setting up a rear diff unit, if i was to do it i would cut out the rear floor an fire wall the back, check out this months fast car with the fiesta and the motorbike engine in the back for ideas, he built it on his drive

it can be done i would do more research though as its not just a a case of bolting on a turbo and away you go, i would go supercharge not as much hassle but is more expensive

i was toying with the idea of turboing an old car of mine but you need to work out an oil feed to the turbo ect where as if you get a belt driven supercharge it will be a case of finding a longer belt

take a look at this thread for an idea

so all you want a turbo for is the big hiss at the end lol ! to be hones if your going to 1.6 gsi it why dont you keep teh gsi as you will need engine box loom clocks shafts hubs brakes and prob a few more bits i cant think of why not do teh bike engine in it as you wanted ? be diffrent dont follow the croud lol !
