I hav a corsa 1.2 16v with this induction kit. i had the pipe going down behind the radiator which made no noise at all. so its been removed and makes the tinyiest noise.( sucking air noise) i dont hav a lot of pipework connecting it to the engine. Is there anything else i can do to make it louder? removing parts or whatever?

what induction kit is it?

it is an apiro forza red induction kit. just not sure what else to do to get some noise out of the damn thing. if i try and remove more piping will it make a difference?. th only pipe i hav is the air flow meter pipe between my engine and my filter. and i dont think i can remove the meter.

i had exactly the same kit as u, just in blue. and i never got much of a noise out of it - probz cuz its enclosed. but obv an enclosed one will give a more power benefit. if u want noise then go for a k&n 57i but if u want power than that one is good

if u wanna make ur car louder getting rid of the middle box and getting a nice backbox shud do the trick

ahryt yeah. might sell that one and get a k&n one to be honest. is the k&n ones alot louder or does it not make much difference? i got a 4" sportex back box. still original middle pipe though.

1 more question. is it the K&N induction kit 57i or just the filter? which is better if there is any difference

The K&N one is very loud! Definitely get the induction kit, made my acceleration slightly quicker than when having the K&N panel as well.
