A buddy of mind has a 2000 1.2 16v SXI that will run for 10 to 20 mins then cuts out and won't restart. If he leaves it for an hour or so it will start fine until 10-20mins later it cuts out again. . . .

Is it likely to be the Air Flow Meter or something else? I was thinking fuel pump?

alryt m8.. i ave the vry sme car and the vry sme problem, i though mines was the air flow meter but i changed it and its stil doin the sme thing! atm im lookin 4 a new egr valve a m8 of mine who works on cars 4 a living said that culd b the prob and that it hapens alot on these corsa's.. if its not the egr valve ny 1's guess is as gd as mines lol i hope ive helped in some way

best having a diagnotic done,
had this problem with mine it was the crank sensor.

Diagnostic is not throwing up any codes, engine management light ain't on either. I know that the 2.0 16v cavvys and astras used to do something similar and it was the crank sensor on them . . . .

i think it will be the crank sensor very easy to change

Yea it looks handy to get at, anyone have a rough idea of cost of part?

think there about £30 but not 100%
