corsa back fire in single point injection

does anybody know why my 1.4 8v keeps backfiring thogth the single point


iv changed:

coil pack
ht leads
dizzie
router arm
tryed a dif single point (no change)
looked for cracks in pipes (none found)

can some one help me doin my head in now

have you got the correct ht leads? and are they on the correct cylinders? if its not that, itl be your timing, have you had anything changed just before it started?

nope i changed nuffink i done a full service when had it abt 6 months ago been fine till like the last 2 weeks n it getin worse iv booked it in with griffin to see if there no :/

check the leads mate, did you say it was back firing out the intake?

there woz a fualt in 1 of the ht leads thanks for your help runin great now changed most things lol

cool, thats the main thing man, my altenator belt snapped and found out my altenator bearings seized up so gettin new one this week

got one, cars runnin sweetish now lol, need to fix my backbox as its blowin at the joint but should be fixed next week
