Re: front headlight
no u dont need take the front bumper off.
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts
Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!

Re: front headlight
On the driver side on my 1.0 (different engine I know but I am not 100% sure how different...) you need to dismantle part of the air intake to get access to the headlight. If you snap the plastic tag holding the air intake to the front of the car it can be replaced with a big but short self tapping screw. I'm just saying...

Re: front headlight
u need a medium flat screwdriver to remove the air intake pipe from the front of the chassis, then lift it up n out
then unclip all of the bulb wires off
undo the 2 8mm screws holding the light down
if you have the little white location plug at the bottom of headlight u may need to yank it up a bit to release it from that
then u just twist the light clockwise slightly looking from the top of the light down maybe aout 10 degrees and a bit of a wiggle and a slight scrape on the top of the headlight from the chassis and it should come out
